Dialogue protects the anonymity of participants based on the anonymity threshold set by the organization. The most common threshold is 5 respondents. A respondent is a participant who responded to at least one question in the pulse. 

Because Dialogue questions are not mandatory, a respondent could choose to not answer a question, but has answered at least one, making that participant a respondent. 

In the example above, one respondent did not answer this question, meaning the score of this question comes from 4 respondents. However, since there are at least 5 respondents, the results are shown.
