The Program Builder enables you to build, launch, and manage your listening events. The Program Builder is designed to enable you to seamlessly create and launch your listening events, as well as use our reporting and analysis to uncover and take action on insights.

Program Builder (Self-Service) Overview

The Program Builder enables you to build, launch, and manage your listening events on your own. The following are the major areas and features of the Program Builder.


  • Program Builder Wizard
    The 
    Program Builder Wizard walks you through the process of creating your listening event structure, building the content, customizing the settings and styling, inviting listening event participants, and launching the listening event. Once you have completed the first step (Overview), you can exit, return to, and edit your event at any time (before launching).

  • Navigation Bar / Panel
    The Navigation Bar / Panel located on the left enables you to navigate through the Program Builder and access the My Surveys, Template Library, Notification Templates, and Application Settings (gear icon) areas. You can expand the panel by hovering your mouse over the navigation bar to expand its view, and select an option to move to a new area.




  • My Surveys
    The My Surveys area (within Program Builder) enables you to build, edit, and manage the listening events you have created. You can also access our template libraryconfigure trend and survey settings, add and edit users, duplicate surveys, and remove surveys in this view. If you need to search for a listening event, you can use the search bar to do so.

  • Template Library
    You can access our best practice listening event templates or create your own in our 
    Template Library. Once you create a template, you can access, edit, activate, and delete any template. For more information, see the Template Library article.



  • Notification Settings
    You can access our best practice notification templates or create your own in our 
    Notifications Settings. Once you create a template, you can access, edit, activate, and delete any template.



  • Application Settings
    The Application Settings (lower-left gear icon) enables you to update your System Settings (e.g., demographics page), add and manage users (User Management), and update your Branding (e.g., master logo and template icon). This area is available to Administrators only.

Access the Program Builder (Self-Service)

You can access the Program Builder via the +Build New Survey option on the Surveys page. 


  1. Navigate to the Surveys page.


    


  1. Click +Build New Survey.



After selecting +Build New Survey, the Program Builder opens to the Program Builder Wizard. To access the full Program Builder area, you’ll need to exit the wizard.


  1. Click Exit (bottom right).

Once you select Exit, the Program Builder opens to the My Surveys page and the full Program Builder experience.
