The Branding page enables Administrators to update the branding for all surveys that are built within the platform. Administrators can upload a master logo and a template icon (the template icon will show in the Template Library only when you create a new template).


Note: Applications Settings (used to access branding settings) is available only for customers with Program Builder (self-service).

Access Branding

You can access the Branding page from the gear icon in the left navigation of the Program Builder (self-service).


  1. Navigate to the Program Builder.

    • Navigate to the Surveys page and select +Build New Survey.

The Program Builder Wizard displays. You must exit to access the Program Builder main navigation.

  • Select Exit.

  1. Hover over the left-navigation bar and select Application Settings (gear icon) drop-down.

  2. Select Branding.



  1. Click + Upload Master Logo.

  2. Navigate to the location of the logo file, then double-click the file name.



Upload a Template Icon

  1. Click + Upload Template Icon.

  2. Navigate to the location of the template icon file, then double-click the file name.
