Perceptyx Academy Live Training

Perceptyx Academy offers select live training events designed to help you maximize the value of the People Insights Platform capabilities.

Note: You must log in to the People Insights Platform to register for events in Perceptyx Academy.

View Upcoming Sessions or Past Event Recordings

You can view details about upcoming live training sessions or view recordings from past sessions on the Academy Live Training page.

1. Log in to the People Insights Platform.

2. In the navigation bar, click Help, then select Perceptyx Academy.

The Perceptyx Academy Home page appears.

3. In the navigation bar, click Live Training.

The Live Training page appears, with access to upcoming training sessions and recordings from previous sessions, as available.

4. Review the Live Events Coming Soon or Past Event Recordings section to find the item you want to access.

5. Click into an upcoming event to register or click into a past event to view the recording.

Register for a Live Session

Registering for a live session is quick and easy, and you can add the event to your calendar. After you register for an event, you will receive a reminder email 24 hours before the event.

1. Click the event for which you want to register.

A registration page appears.

2. Click Register for the event you want to attend.

You are registered for the event and additional options display. 

A registration confirmation is also sent to your email address, and includes an option at the top to add the event to your calendar.

3. Click Yes at the top of the invite to add the event to your calendar.

Note: You can also click the Download to Calendar option on the registration page in Perceptyx Academy to add the event to your calendar.

Cancel Your Registration for an Event

If you need to cancel your registration for an event, you can do so from the registration confirmation email or the event registration page.

1. Log in to the People Insights Platform, then navigate to Perceptyx Academy.

2. In the navigation bar, click Live Training.

3. Click the event you want to unregister from, then click Cancel Registration.

Your registration is canceled and a cancellation confirmation is sent to your email address requesting that you remove the event from your calendar.

Note: To unregister from your registration email, click the here link at the bottom of the email (“You may edit your registration at any time here.”) Clicking the link takes you to the registration page, where you can click Cancel Registration.

Attend a Live Session

When the date and time of the session arrives, you can navigate to the session from your calendar.

1. Access your calendar.

2. Click the URL in the calendar invite.

The Perceptyx Academy Live Training page appears with information and options for the event.

3. Click Launch Zoom Event.

A secondary page appears for accessing the webinar.

Note: The Launch Zoom Event button will remain greyed out until 5 minutes before the event start time.

4. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address in the appropriate boxes and follow onscreen prompts to enter the Zoom Webinar.
