How does Dialogue capture manager insights information?

In order for Dialogue to build out the manager hierarchy prior to pulse launch, the employee file uploaded to Dialogue must list one manager for each employee. When participants sign in, the manager hierarchy is automatically associated based on the email address or unique ID.

Please note that manager insights are not available if a Dialogue pulse is set up with the unrestricted participation type.
