The "Manager Insights" setting allows you to leverage team-based reporting for deeper insights. We recommend enabling "Manager Insights" only if managers are prepared to facilitate team conversations and drive change at the local team level.
Here's what you need to know:
- Prior to pulse launch, an employee data file with the employee-manager relationship needs to be preloaded into Dialogue.
- When participants sign in, the manager hierarchy is automatically associated based on their email address or unique ID.
- “Manager Insights” is not available if a Dialogue pulse is set up with the unrestricted participation type.
- Once you have launched the Dialogue pulse and someone has provided a response, you will not be able to update the “Manager Insights” setting.
