Upload Your Company Logo
You can easily update your company or division logo, which appears at the top of each page as you navigate through the platform. For best results, use a PNG or SVG file with a transparent background. The recommended dimensions are 300x100 pixels (max file size: 2MB).

Select a Primary Color
The primary color is used for buttons, tabs, and other items. You can use a predefined color or specify a custom color using a hex code or other options available from a color palette square.
When setting your primary color, the platform automatically checks contrast ratios to ensure compliance with WCAG's AA standards. Meeting these standards improves readability for all users, creating a more inclusive experience.
On the Appearance screen, navigate to the Primary Color section.
Specify a color.
Predefined color:
Click a predefined color square.
A checkmark appears on the selected color square.
Custom color:
Click Or Select a Custom Color.
A text box and a color palette square appear. You can type a hex code to specify your custom color or click the color palette square to display additional options for specifying a custom color:
Use a hex code:
Type the custom color hex code (e.g., #00838F) in the text box.
The color palette square displays the custom color you specified and contrast ratios display next to the color selection. If all the ratios display a green checkmark, your custom color is optimal for readability. If any of the ratios display a red x, consider specifying a different color.
Use the color palette square:
Click the color palette square to display additional options.
You can choose a color from the color box, a color slider, or use the eye dropper to click a color you want to use. You can also type in an RGB value, an HSL value, or a hex number:
