LISTEN

➡️    Point-In-Time & Lifecycle: Response Validation Prompts

User Roles: Admin, Creator

Required Subscription(s): Platform

Admin and Creator users can now set prompts that appear when respondents try to move to the next page or submit a listening event without answering all questions. You can choose from three options:

  • Not Required (No Prompt): None of the questions are required, and no prompt displays if respondents leave questions unanswered.

  • Not Required (With Prompt): None of the questions are required, but a prompt displays if respondents leave questions unanswered.

  • Required: All questions are required, and a prompt displays informing respondents that they cannot continue without answering all required questions. If you choose this option, you can set individual questions as not required.

You can apply this setting to all listening event questions or adjust it for individual questions to encourage complete responses without making all questions mandatory.

By prompting users to review their answers, you can encourage more complete responses, which enhances the accuracy of analysis and decision-making.

For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Add & Manage Questions | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle and Participate in a Listening Event | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle Knowledge Base articles.

➡️    Point-In-Time & Lifecycle: Support for 10 Additional Languages

User Roles: Admin, Creator

Required Subscription(s): Platform

The Listening Event Builder now supports 10 additional languages for Point-In-Time and Lifecycle listening events:

  • Bengali

  • Hindi

  • Kannada

  • Lao

  • Urdu

  • Sinhalese

  • Khmer

  • English (United Kingdom)

  • Flemish

  • Marshallese

The new languages are available in the Event Languages dropdown in the Overview phase of the Event Builder.

This addition brings the total number of supported languages for self-led events to 44, in addition to English.

ANALYZE

➡️    Analytics Studio: Use Demographic Filters with Comment Copilot

You can now perform deeper analysis of Point-In-Time listening event comments by applying filters to reveal differences in experiences across demographic attributes such as age, gender, location, department, and more.

With keyword searches or filters, Copilot summarizes comments within each theme-specific summary, including:

  • Overall Summary

  • Top 5 Victories

  • Top 5 Challenges

  • Top 5 Ways to Improve

Note: No data is shown if the filtered group does not meet the minimum required sample size.

For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Comment Copilot Knowledge Base article.

If your organization would like to enable Comment Copilot, please reach out to your Perceptyx customer team.
