In addition to presenting your pulse results on an overall level, Dialogue provides you the ability to further analyze your data using demographic groupings. An employee tag can be any category available in the Employee File export from your HRIS system - “department” or “location,” for example. Slicing the results by employee tags can provide you with deeper insights into your organization and help support the actioning of results.
In line with Dialogue’s philosophy of transparency, we offer participants full visibility into how their responses will be reported on an aggregate level; they can check their assigned groups as they are participating in the pulse. Hence, employee tags have to be pre-determined prior to pulse launch.
