The "Employee Tags" setting allows you to add targeted demographics to provide deeper insights and help support actioning of results. 

Here's what you need to know:

  • "Employee Tags" can be preloaded and/or created as self-select tags in Dialogue.  
  • "Employee Tags" are established at the account level, giving you the flexibility to choose which tags to utilize for each Dialogue pulse (i.e. all, none, or a subset of them).
  • We recommend that each Employee Tag value includes at least 10 people to increase the changes that results can be displayed by individual groups. 
  • Once you have launched the Dialogue pulse and someone has provided a response, you will not be able to update the “Employee Tags” setting.
