How do I decide which employee tags to include in my Dialogue pulse?

Dialogue recommends including employee tags based on how you plan to take action. The most common employee tags used by Dialogue’s customers are department and location. However, you can select the ones that would provide you with the best insights into your organization’s results.


We recommend including no more than 5 employee tags. This will enable your organization to focus on action instead of analysis. In addition, including a large number of employee tags may impact participants’ perception of anonymity. 


Tip!

Results are only presented if the anonymity threshold is met. Hence, ensure that all tag values (e.g. Product, Sales) under each employee tag (e.g. Department) have at least twice the number of employees than the anonymity threshold; otherwise, chances are the groups will be too small to display meaningful results.
