When you create a “Restricted” pulse, you will be asked to define your pulse audience. This step ensures that only employees that are included in this predefined list have access to the pulse, ensuring targeted distribution
Before building your audience, please ensure that you have sent Perceptyx an updated employee data file. If you need help preparing your data file, please refer to “How do I set up employee tags in my Dialogue account?”
There are three ways to build your pulse audience:
- Entire Organization: Include all employees on the employee file sent to Perceptyx
- Email List: Create a custom audience by uploading a list of emails
- Segment: Create an customized segment based on the Employee Tags enabled on your account
