You can view platform status and notifications for the following regions:
Note: Issues and maintenance events listed on the Status page occur at a regional level and may not directly affect your specific account or purchased services. If you believe your account has been impacted, please contact Customer Care to report the issue.

Access the Status Page
To access the Status page for your region, click the appropriate link below:
Navigate the Status Page
When you open a regional status page, the region name displays below the About this Site section and the current platform status displays in the upper portion of the page. You can:
Click the plus (+) icon to expand a platform area and view its components (e.g., under Listen: Surveys, 360, Crowdsourcing, Event Builder).
Click the minus (−) icon to collapse the list.
Scroll down to see the Past Incidents section, where all recent incidents and maintenance notices are listed.
Switch Between Regions
To view the status of a different region:
Navigate to the Other Regions section on the page.
Click the region you want to view (EU, US, GOV).
Note: The same information is available for each region.
View Notifications (Incidents & Maintenance)
Notifications–whether for maintenance or incidents–display on the Status page for one month at a time. You can view previous notifications in three-month increments.
View Upcoming Maintenance Notifications
Notifications for upcoming maintenance appear below the list of platform areas and their operational status. If you subscribe to the Status page, you also receive email notifications about upcoming maintenance.
View Past Maintenance Notifications
Past maintenance notifications appear in the Past Incidents list. You can click on a notification to view its details, which typically include Scheduled, In Progress, and Completed notifications, as well as a list of the affected platform areas.
To view older notifications:
Click Incident History at the bottom of the Status page.
An Incident History list appears, broken out by the current month and the previous two months. A date scroller is included at the top right of the page.
Click the left arrow in the date scroller to view past notifications in three-month increments.
To return to the current status, click Current Status (bottom left).
View Current Incident Notifications and Updates
If an incident is currently affecting the platform, incident notifications and updates display at the top of the Status page as the issue is investigated and resolved.
Once an incident is resolved, it appears in the Past Incidents section of the page.
View Past Incident Notifications and Updates
Past incident notifications appear in the Past Incidents list. If a past incident notification doesn’t appear in the Past Incidents list, you can look further back by completing the following steps:
Click Incident History at the bottom of the Status page.
An Incident History list appears, broken out by the current month and the previous two months. A date scroller is included at the top right of the page.
Click the left arrow in the date scroller to view past notifications in three-month increments.
Click an incident notification to view its details.
To return to the current status, click Current Status (bottom left).
Subscribe to Updates
You can stay informed about platform maintenance and incidents by subscribing to email alerts.
Select the region for which you want to subscribe.
Click Subscribe to Updates (top right).
Options to subscribe to email updates or to view the support site (US region only) appear.
Note: For the EU region, there is also an option to receive Webhook notifications.
Choose the envelope icon to receive updates via email.
Type your email address, then click Subscribe via Email.
A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided.
To activate your subscription, open the confirmation email, then click Confirm Subscription.
Note: You can unsubscribe from email updates by clicking Unsubscribe in the confirmation email.
