Who can see the results?

All users have real-time access to the aggregated results in Dialogue unless the Admin has disabled the results viewing function. As results are tabulated in real-time, they will change until the pulse closes.

Access levels vary by user type:

Employees

Managers*

Admins

Overall Pulse Results

Results for “My Groups”

Results by the employee groups to which they belong.

Overall Pulse Results

Results for “My Groups”

Results by the employee groups to which they belong.

Results for “My People”

Results for their entire span of control. When applicable, results can be filterable by direct reports, teams that their direct reports manage, and employee groups.
