Dialogue protects the anonymity of participants based on the anonymity threshold set by the organization. The most common threshold is 5 respondents. A respondent is a participant who responded to at least one question in the pulse.
Because Dialogue questions are not mandatory, a respondent could choose to not answer all the questions.
Like the example above, which depicts 1 Didn't Answer, making that participant a respondent. This means the score of this question comes from 4 Ratings. However, there are at least 5 Respondents so the results are shown.
