There is no restriction to the number of metric questions asked in a Dialogue pulse. However, only one crowdsourcing (open-ended) question can be included, and this is linked to our proprietary voting algorithm.

For an optimal pulsing experience and to ensure higher participation, we recommend asking no more than 5 metric questions per pulse.
