➡️ PIN Page Support for Lifecycle Events
User Roles: Admin, Creator
Required Subscription(s): Platform
Admin and Creator users can now create Lifecycle events that are accessible via a PIN page. The process is very similar to using a PIN page with Point-In-Time events, with two invitation options:
Distribute Yourself Create PIN Page Link
Create a PIN Page Link and distribute the link and PIN number to the invitees. You can also generate and distribute a generic QR code to access the event.
Email Distribution Unique Link for Each Respondent + PIN Page
Send a unique link via email to each invitee. You can also use the PIN page to allow invitees to access the event, or generate a QR code.
Benefits/Use Cases:
Allows deskless workers to access attributed events through generic links without having to use SSO
Enables the use of kiosks located in common areas
Increases access through mobile use
Enables exiting employees to access exit surveys after their work email has been inactivated
For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Add Participants | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle Knowledge Base article.
➡️ Additional Instructions Text for Crowdsourcing Questions
User Roles: Admin
Required Subscription(s): Platform, Crowdsource
To encourage high quality responses, Crowdsource admin users can now include additional instructions during the event building process to provide additional context or instructions about how to best complete a crowdsourcing question. For example, clarify best practices, discourage the inclusion of PII, or provide a brief explanation about how the crowdsourcing process works.
Instructional text appears only when participants are completing the event; it does not appear in any reporting or the results infographic.

➡️ Activate & Grow: Intelligent Nudge Boosts
User Roles: Company Admin, Company Read-Only Admin
Required Subscription(s): Platform and Activate or Grow
In just 3 steps, Admins can use Nudge Boosts to give teams extra support based on their unique organizational knowledge, helping to close the gap between insights and impact. Nudge boosts are temporary, targeted nudges deployed in response to emerging organizational needs revealed in your listening data or upcoming events impacting the organization, like a performance review cycle or new fiscal year. They temporarily influence the nudges that are received by employees to reinforce particular behaviors that are relevant to events within the organization.
Choose from 14 themes including a new team or re-org, preparing for change, and more! Give the focused support to teams for 6 weeks. Nudge Boosts do not affect the frequency of nudge delivery; however, every other nudge received during the period relates to the boost theme and replaces the potential selection of a nudge related to organizational behaviors.
For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Work with Intelligent Nudges Knowledge Base article.
