➡️ Anniversary Survey Template
User Roles: Admin, Creator
Required Subscription(s): Platform
Now you can celebrate employees on their work anniversary while unlocking meaningful, real-time insights for senior leaders.
What’s New
Our new Anniversary Survey template for Perceptyx-led events creates a continuous listening channel that not only recognizes employees in a personalized, impactful way, but also equips senior leaders with the insights needed for targeted, agile actions.
How it Works
The Anniversary Survey template can be used on its own or paired with Nudge Boosts - science-backed, personalized prompts delivered in the flow of work. While not required, pairing the template with Nudge Boosts is a great way to reach the right employees at the right moment and build critical behaviors. Together, they help senior leaders to take confident, timely action at scale.
The included best practice content is designed to:
Reflect and celebrate the employee experience
Measure outcomes like engagement and retention
Understand whether the employee experience meets expectations
Address critical topics important to senior leaders
You should adapt the content to align with your strategic goals to address senior leadership’s most pressing questions.
For template details and anniversary survey best practices, see the Anniversary Event Content and Implementation Knowledge Base article.
➡️ Crowdsource: Thank You Message Customization
User Roles: Admin, Creator
Required Subscription(s): Platform, Crowdsource
Admin and Creator users can now personalize the Thank You message participants see after submitting a response in Crowdsource.
What’s New
The Results phase in the Event Builder has been renamed to Settings. This updated phase still includes the Transparency, Manager Insights, and Employee Tags options (now located in the Results section), and introduces a new Acknowledgements section. Here, Admin and Creator users can customize the Thank You messages participants receive after submitting their responses.
How it Works
Two customizable messages are available, depending on the stage of the event:
Participant "Thank You, See Results" Message: Displayed when there are not yet enough responses to initiate voting. Participants are thanked and shown the current results.
Participant "Thank You, Please Vote" Message: Displayed once sufficient responses have been collected. Participants are thanked and invited to vote on the submissions that resonate most with them.
Admin and Creator users can edit the default text for both messages and save their changes directly in the Acknowledgements section.
For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Specify Settings Options | Crowdsource Knowledge Base article.
➡️ Advanced Reporting: Integrated Style & User Experience Updates
User Roles: Admin, Creator, Manager, HRBP, 360 Participant
Required Subscription(s): Platform, 360 Feedback (if applicable)
We’ve refreshed the look and feel of Advanced Reporting to bring it in line with the overall platform experience. While the core functionality remains the same, these visual and layout updates are designed to make the interface more consistent and user-friendly.
What’s New
Updated styling and color palette to match other areas of the platform and prominently display the survey title on the page header
Support for custom branding set by your platform admin (logo, primary color, banner style)
Filter option moved from the left panel to the top right of the screen
Applied filter details now appear at the top of the screen instead of the bottom
Help option relocated to the top right, now shown as a question mark icon (?)
How it Works
These visual updates will automatically apply to new Perceptyx-led and self-led events created on or after June 2, 2025. Existing events will continue to display the previous style. If preferred, you can revert to the previous styling by turning off the Use the New Reporting Look-and-Feel toggle in the Standard Settings.
➡️ Advanced Reporting: New Ways to Start Action Plans for 360 Events
User Roles: Participant
Required Subscription(s): 360 Feedback, Grow (if using AI-assisted action planning)
We’ve enhanced the action planning experience in Perceptyx-led 360 events by introducing two new ways for participants to begin an action plan. These updates make the process more intuitive and consistent with Point-in-Time and Lifecycle events.
What’s New
Participants now have two additional starting points for action planning:
A Take Action button is now available in the Detailed Scores Report, allowing participants to start an action plan directly from any survey item.
A new Recommended Action Items widget is available on the participant dashboard, offering another way to begin action planning based on items recommended by the Insights Engine.
How it Works
Clicking Take Action from either location opens one of two workflows:
An AI-assisted action planning workflow (shown below) if Grow is purchased and enabled
A standard action planning workflow if Grow is not enabled
For customers with Grow, AI-assisted action plans are created automatically for participants 30 days after the report becomes available if the participant has not created an action plan on their own.
Note: If action planning isn’t enabled for your Perceptyx-led 360 events, contact your Perceptyx Program Manager to enable it.
For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Create an Action Plan and Participant Dashboard and Reports | 360 Knowledge Base articles.
➡️ Complete Option Replaces Archive Option for Action Plans
User Roles: Admin, Manager, HRBP
Required Subscription(s): Platform
To provide clearer visibility into progress and accountability, the Archive option for action plans has been renamed to Complete.
What’s New
This change is purely visual - the functionality remains the same.
How it Works
Completed action plans are removed from the Active Action Plans section but remain accessible via the View All page.
Once marked as complete, the related listening event item is no longer available for new action plans (unless the plan is deleted).
Completed action plans do not trigger Intelligent Nudges (Activate/Grow customers).
Admin and HR users can track completion status in the Act Metrics Excel download.
Note: All previously archived action plans now appear as Complete on the View All page.
For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Complete an Action Plan Knowledge Base article.
➡️ Create Action Plans for Others
User Roles: HRBP
Required Subscription(s): Platform
HRBPs and other users with shadowing permissions in Advanced Reporting can now do more to support the leaders they work with by creating action plans on their behalf.
What’s New
Users with shadowing permissions can now create action plans for the people they’re shadowing, from Advanced Reporting.
How it Works
Creating an action plan in shadow mode works the same way as creating one for yourself. While shadowing, users can create action plans from:
Dashboard widgets
The Favorability Report (Point-In-Time or Lifecycle events)
The Detailed Scores Report (360 feedback events)
While creating an action plan, users can:
View sample nudges (Activate/Grow customers)
View commitment suggestions and other resources
Add up to two commitments and three follow-up dates
Note: AI Coach isn’t available during a shadow session, but users can still open it in a separate tab if they want to explore ideas.
Shadowing is limited to Advanced Reporting. Users cannot navigate to other parts of the platform while in a shadow session. Once the action plan is submitted, users are brought back to their own Advanced Reporting view.
Admin and HR users can see which action plans were created on someone else’s behalf using the search bar or Excel download in Act Metrics.
For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Create an Action Plan Knowledge Base article.
